Imbolc Ritual Meditation & Yoga

Imbolc is the day we cross over the halfway point between Winter Solstice to Spring Equinox. 

The nights are becoming noticeably lighter, the first few signs of life are beginning to show in nature; where I live the crocuses and daffodils are just poking through the ground. Even though the trees are still in Winter's grip, nature is beginning to wake up. Growth is on the way.

Join me for a seasonal ritual meditation for renewal, purification and growth followed by a short yoga sequence to shake off winter. Imbolc begins at sun down on 1st February and ends at sun down on 2nd February. The class will run live at 6pm Tuesday 1st Feb, if you can't make it you'll receive a recording after the class around 7pm so you can do it later Tuesday or any time Wednesday.
